Refund Policy
- All sales are final, including competition registration, spectator tickets, and merchandise purchases.
- Prior to the event, trading one competition division for another, or upgrading a spectator entry may be approved by contacting MatAction Support.
- A registration and/or spectator ticket credit (minus service fees) may be granted for a future event with a doctor’s written verification.
- If credit is granted for a merchandise purchase, it will be for exchange value only, and it will only be usable on-site. There are no returns or exchanges after the event.
- Only force majeure, like the pandemic, MAY allow a cash refund.
