Sawyer Rice

Sawyer Rice is a personable 11-year-old Christian male from Jesup, Georgia. He is a recent 5th-grade graduate of Odum Elementary School, where he was in the gifted program and enjoyed academic success. Sawyer began his martial arts journey when he was 4 years old at World Class Karate, under Sensei Corky Sikes. He has earned his brown belt and enjoys training with students of all ranks. Sawyer has been competing as a junior black belt for the past 3 years. He also likes being able to give back to karate by helping teach younger students at the school. His recent exposure to the national karate associations has been rewarding and motivational for Sawyer. Other than karate, he enjoys swimming, spending time with family and friends, and riding his go kart.
