Gavin Dollarhite began his karate journey at the age of five, training under Sensei Ron Ferguson at Xtreme Martial Arts in Martinsville, VA, where he earned his 2nd Degree Blackbelt. As a dedicated member of Team Competitive Edge and an active NASKA competitor, Gavin is renowned for his intricate bo manipulations and exceptional speed. He has secured multiple wins in NASKA divisions for both CMX and Traditional forms and weapons. Guided by his esteemed coaches and mentors, Jake Presley and Reid Presley, Gavin exemplifies discipline and passion, consistently striving to better himself, while supporting his friends and team.

Accolades and Notable Accomplishments
Gavin Dollarhite has earned 11 Promac Championships and has consistently excelled in several NASKA runoff divisions. Gavin was fortunate to have the opportunity to represent Competitive Edge in July of 2023 on stage during the US Open ISKA World Martial Arts Night of Champions. He was the Overall Weapons Champion in Toronto in December 2023. In 2024, Gavin has competed in multiple divisional runoff events and recently won the Ultimate Weapons Trick Battle at the Pan American Championships. Currently, he maintains a top 4 seed in NASKA for the Weapons Divisions in the highly competitive 14-15-year-old boys’ division.
